We follow strict guidelines to ensure that our printing services are ethical and respectful of all communities. Below are the areas in which we do not provide printing services:

  1. No Faces Printing
    We do not print images that display human faces. This is to avoid any personal, ethical, or privacy concerns.

  2. No Work Related to Banks
    We do not print any material related to banking or financial institutions. This policy helps us maintain a neutral stance on all financial matters and ensures that we are not involved in sensitive financial content.

  3. No Religious Material
    We avoid printing religious material of any kind. This includes content related to specific religions, symbols, or religious events. Our goal is to remain neutral and respectful to all faiths.

  4. No Political Content
    We do not print any political material. This ensures that we stay clear of any political debates or campaigns, maintaining a non-partisan approach in all our services.

Terms of Services

  1. Price Adjustments
    Bharosa reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.

  2. Order Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled due to:

    • Unavailability of raw materials.
    • Other unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Raw Material Availability
    All products are made-to-order, and raw materials are purchased based on demand. In case the required materials are unavailable, the order may be canceled.

  4. Disclaimer

    • Customers will be notified promptly if an order needs to be canceled.
    • Bharosa is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by raw material shortages.

Referral / Sales Agent Terms and Conditions

  1. Existing Customers: We do not accept customers who are already our clients or have an ongoing business relationship with us. This includes customers from Naz Plaza and Jinnah Plaza.

  2. Active Involvement: You are required to be actively involved in every sale, even if it’s a small role like introducing the customer, assisting with recovery, or providing updates to the customer. If you are not actively involved, there will be a time limit after which you will no longer receive commissions. Commissions will only be granted on sales where you have been actively involved.

  3. Customer Quality: We only entertain high-quality customers. We do not provide services to low-quality customers.

  4. Business to Business: Our business operates on a Business to Business model. We do not print personal items.

  5. Printing Policy: Our policy strictly prohibits the printing of content related to religion, banks, faces, or politics.
